Before your wedding, every item is cleaned, checked and carefully prepared. From the soft play to the smallest styling detail, we'll make sure everything is ready to go.

You won't need to lift a finger.
We'll arrive at your venue at the agreed time, carefully set up your playroom and make sure everything is clean, safe and beautifully presented before your guests arrive.

What ages are your playrooms suitable for?
Our luxury play environments are primarily designed for children aged 0 to 6 years, ensuring safe and developmentally appropriate engagement within a beautiful setting.
Do you provide child supervision?
The Wedding Playroom provides professional play equipment and styled children’s spaces, NOT childcare. Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for supervising their children at all times during the hire period.
How long is the hire duration?
Our standard hire period covers the core of your wedding day festivities. Specific timings are tailored to your schedule, from the wedding breakfast through to the early evening reception.
Can you match my wedding colours?
Yes. Our 'MAKE IT YOURS' aesthetic allows us to curate decor, signage, and soft play elements that align seamlessly with your chosen floral and colour palette.
Is the setup for indoor or outdoor use?
We offer both indoor and outdoor options. Outdoor setups require a clean, flat surface and, in most cases, a pavilion or suitable cover to protect the high-end equipment from the elements.
What are the space requirements?
Space requirements vary by package. Our smallest setups require approximately 3x3m, while our Grand rooms require significantly more. We conduct venue assessments to ensure a perfect fit.
Which areas do you travel to?
We currently provide our luxury wedding playrooms across Lancashire, The North West, Gloucestershire, The Cotswolds and surrounding areas.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as your venue and date are confirmed, ideally 9–12 months in advance, as we only take a limited number of bookings to maintain our luxury standards.
Do you provide optional extras?
Yes. We offer a small selection of carefully chosen extras to complement your playroom and wedding styling. Our Luxury White Castle, Children's tables & chairs or if you prefer something bespoke just get in touch.
